Monaco Grand Prix 2021 results
Monaco rarely gives up a good F1 race these days and 2021 was no exception. Leclerc was on pole but a car failure on the way to the grid meant he couldn't take the start. Verstappen, who qualified second, led away from the line and cruised to victory ahead of a field that was largely unchanged from how they started. Mercedes had struggled all weekend and a problem for Bottas at the pit stop saw him retire and Hamilton could only manage seventh. Sainz finished second and Norris was third. The result sees Verstappen take the lead in the Driver's Championship.
In RealityF1 it was a tie between Front_Row and Idris in the Reality F1 Monaco Grand Prix. The team to have was Norris, Sainz, McLaren and Aston Martin.
In the 2021 RealityF1 Championship I take the lead from Tom Sykes in second.
In the league competition, NESTF1 go top. Finland are in first place in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The sixth race of the season, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, takes place on 6th June.
