European Grand Prix 2017 results
The European Grand Prix was very eventful and it was Ricciardo who won, having started 10th. However, it will be the incident between Hamilton and Vettel that will be talked about most. Hamilton was leading and about to take the restart after a safety car period when Vettel appeared to run into the back of him. Vettel then appeared to pull alongside Hamilton and then drive into him. Vettel felt that Hamilton brake tested him. Vettel was given a penalty but a loose head rest force Hamilton to pit later and he finished behind Vettel (fourth and fifth). Ricciardo won ahead of Bottas and Stroll who picked up his maiden podium.
In the Reality F1 competition the European Grand Prix was won by hennahairgel! The team to have was Sainz Jnr, Ricciardo, McLaren and Toro Rosso.
In the Reality F1 championship Porkie holds on to the lead from Adam34 in second but the gap is just seven points.
In the league competition, The Sharp League hold onto the lead. United States have moved up a place to take the lead in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The ninth race of the season, the Austrian Grand Prix, is on 9th July.
