Reality F1, the free Fantasy Formula 1 competition, returns for the 2026 season!
There have been significant rule changes for the 2026 season and the cars are smaller, lighter and use more electrical power than before. Gone is DRS and we now have active aero and a power boost. There have been three testing sessions this year (well, one shakedown and two official tests) but it's not clear who will be fastest in Melbourne. The top four teams (Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes and Red Bull) appear evenly matched but some could be sand-bagging. At the other end of the grid we've got Cadillac who are joining the grid this year and Aston Martin appear to be slow and unreliable currently.
In terms of the RealityF1 competition I've kept the budget for teams at £70M but, because of the significant rule changes, I've given you an extra free team change (4) this year.
The deadline for team entries (or changes to team components for the coming race) is 12 midnight GMT on the FRIDAY before a race weekend. So, in order to be eligible to score points in all rounds of the 2026 season you will need to register a team before 12 midnight GMT on Friday 6th March 2026. You can join after this date but won't score points for missed races.
If you played last season then you just need to log in and you can create your new team. If you've not played before then you'll need to sign up.
