Spanish Grand Prix 2025 results
If McLaren's rivals hoped that the Spanish Grand Prix would see a change in the pecking order then they were sadly mistaken. Changes to the rules for flexible wings didn't appear to affect the McLarens at all, just as they'd said. Piastri took pole from Norris and that was how they finished, with Lecelerc in third. Behind them there was drama as Verstappen was put on the hard tyres at his final stop and was then passed by Leclerc. Russell attempted to pass Verstappen too but Verstappen left the circuit and held the position. Red Bull told Verstappen to give Russell the place and Verstappen slowed and Russell went to pass but they collided. Vertsappen was judged to have caused the collision and given a 10 second penalty that dropped him to 10th.
In RealityF1 it was McLast who won the Reality F1 Spanish Grand Prix. Their team was Leclerc, Russell and two Kick Saubers. The best team available for the race was Piastri, Hülkenberg, and two Kick Saubers scoring 172.5 points.
In the 2025 RealityF1 Championship, ACT2 returns to the top spot.
In the league competition, NESTF1 move in to the top spot. Portugal take first place in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The tenth race of the 2025 season is the Canadian Grand Prix on 15th June.
