Emilia Romagna Grand Prix 2020 results
F1's return to Imola did not disappoint. The two day format meant an interesting qualifying session as the drivers got used to the circuit and the track 'rubbered in'. It was Bottas that took pole and, on Sunday, he started well with Verstappen passing Hamilton into second. At the pit stops Bottas covered an early stop by Verstappen but Hamilton tried to go longer on his medium tyres. A virtual safety car then played into Hamilton's hands and allowed him to pit and hold onto the lead. A late failure for Verstappen then saw a frantic dash to the line for the midfield teams as some drivers opted for a late stop and fresh rubber. In the end it was Ricciardo that finished third behind Bottas and with Hamilton taking his 93rd win. The Mercedes one-two means that the team secures the Constructors' Championship for the seventh season in a row.
A race win for Hamilton and a great drive for Räikkönen gave Cameron Crew the win in the 2020 Reality F1 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The team to have was Hamilton, Räikkönen, McLaren and Alfa Romeo.
In the 2020 RealityF1 Championship janne holds on to the lead.
In the league competition, NESTF1 stay top. The United States move in to first place in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The 13th race of the season, the Turkish Grand Prix, is on 15th November.
