Spanish Grand Prix 2016 results
Wow, what a Grand Prix? Hamilton and Rosberg collided on the first lap taking both of them out of the race. It was Verstappen, newly promoted to Red Bull Racing, that picked up the pieces and went on to win the race - in the process becoming the youngest Grand Prix winner of all time. The two Ferraris finished second (Räikkönen) and third (Vettel). The debate will rage about who was at fault for the crash at Mercedes but this was Verstappen's weekend.
In the Reality F1 competition the Spanish Grand Prix was won by Pasi T. The team to have in Spain was Räikkönen, Verstappen, Toro Rosso and Red Bull Racing.
In the Reality F1 championship ReDGryffyN retakes the lead with Slate and TexasPete moving to second.
In the league competition, Brimberry F1 hold on to the top spot. The United States retains first place in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The sixth race of the season, the Monaco Grand Prix, is on 29th May.
