Hungarian Grand Prix 2015 results
The Hungarian Grand Prix was a thriller. At the start the two Ferraris overtook the two Mercedes cars and, after an aborted overtaking move on Rosberg, Hamilton fell back into the pack. He then fought his way back to fourth. A late safety car bunched up the field but, at the restart, Hamilton collided with Ricciardo and fell back again in addition to getting a penalty. Rosberg overtook Raikkonen who was struggling with an ailing car and would ultimately retire. Rosberg then chased down Vettel and Ricciardo closed in on the pair. Ricciardo tried to overtake Rosberg but overshot and then Rosberg clipped his front wing and got a puncture. The result was a win for Vettel with Kvyat second and Ricciardo third. Hamilton finished sixth and Rosberg eighth.
In the Reality F1 competition the Hungarian Grand Prix was won by Brendan. The team to have in Hungary was Ricciardo, Ericsson, Red Bull Racing, and Sauber.
In the Reality F1 championship wildheart90 in holds on to the lead but Charles Taylor, who was joint leader, falls to fifth.
In the league competition, NESTF1 hold top spot in to the ahead of The Lymn Family as OddsandSods fall to third. Australia move into the lead in the Country League competition with Finland falling to second.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The eleventh race of the season, the Belgian Grand Prix, is on the 23rd August.
