Reality F1, the free Fantasy Formula 1 competition, returns for the 2024 season!
After the total dominance by Red Bull in 2022 and 2023 seasons will anyone challenge them in 2024? Ferrari looked strong in pre-season testing and Mercedes looked a little better than they were this time last year but Red Bull still looked like the class of the field. This season is the longest in F1 history with 24 races (and 6 sprint races) and, if Red Bull are as dominant as last year, it really will be a long, long season!
In terms of the RealityF1 competition I've kept the budget for teams at £70M and there are over 5,500 possible team combinations. I've shamelessly priced Verstappen, Pérez and Red Bull high because I want there to be a significant downside to picking them this year. Without doing this I think the Red Bull components will be a default pick for players and that negatively impacts the competition.
The deadline for team entries (or changes to team components for the coming race) is 12 midnight GMT on the FRIDAY before a race weekend. So, in order to be eligible to score points in all rounds of the 2024 season you will need to register a team before 12 midnight GMT on Friday 1st March 2024. You can join after this date but won't score points for missed races.
If you played last season then you just need to log in and you can create your new team. If you've not played before then you'll need to sign up.
