I can't log in
Assuming you've activated your account (by following the instructions in the email sent to you when you signed up) then, if you can't log in, try resetting your password.
I've played before, how do I reactivate my account?
If you played Reality F1 last season or have logged in within the 12 months prior to the date the game launched for the current season you'll be able to log in using the same credentials and play. If you have not played or logged in recently (within 12 months of the game launching for the current season) you'll need to re-register.
I've played before but can't access the email address I used before, what can I do?
We may be able to resurrect your account. Please contact us and provide your original username and the email address you used previously. We can then investigate and may be able to reactivate the account. Please note, Reality F1 is under no obligation to do this and may not be able to assist.
I can't change my player details
The most likely reason is that you entered an offensive team, biography or player name. If this happens we change the offensive entry to something more suitable and limit the functionality of your account to prevent you doing it again. In extreme cases we'll ban you.
I signed up but didn't get the activation email
First things first, check your spam box and make sure the email wasn't incorrectly marked as spam. If it wasn't then you can try requesting a new activation code. This does, of course, assume that the email address you provided is correct. If you made a mistake in your address then you might still be able to request a new activation code for the email address but you still won't get the email. If this is the case then you need to sign up again and take greater care when entering your email address.
Why is sign-up disabled?
Players of RealityF1 score points based on the results of F1 races. Players that join during the season are at a significant disadvantage as they cannot catch up with the players that have scored points from the races that have already taken place. As a result we close the site to new sign-ups after a few races and re-open sign-ups for new players at the end of the current season.
