Italian Grand Prix 2020 results
The Italian Grand Prix looked like it was going to be an easy win for Hamilton but, when Magnussen's car stopped, he dived into the pit lane without seeing the warning lights that the pit lane was closed. This led to Hamilton getting a 10s stop go penalty which needed to be served just after a full race restart following an accident for Leclerc. This put Hamilton at the back of the field and set up an unlikely end to the race with Sainz chasing down Gasly for the win. It was Gasly that came out on top securing his first F1 win. Sainz was second and Stroll third. Of the championship contenders, Verstappen retired, Bottas was fifth and Hamilton fought his way up to seventh.
An unbelievable weekend for Gasly saw rosbifracing win the Reality F1 Italian Grand Prix. The team to have was Gasly, Hamilton and two AlphaTauris.
In the 2020 RealityF1 Championship mlagadms retakes the lead.
In the league competition, NESTF1 stay top. Finland are in first place in the country league competition.
The site will re-open for team changes tomorrow (Monday). The ninth race of the season, the Tuscan Grand Prix, is on 13th September.
